Economics, finance, politics,
and the data in between.
I'm a recent graduate of the University of Toronto, where I completed a Double Major in Economics (with a Focus in Data Analytics) and Political Science. I'm deeply interested in solving problems through data, and I enjoy using data analysis to uncover patterns that inform better decisions.
My academic interests sit at the intersection of finance, economics, and data — from macroeconomic finance and global markets to microeconomic business dynamics like M&A activity, corporate strategy, and valuation. I find it exciting to analyze how companies grow, compete, and position themselves, and how those insights translate into broader market trends.
At the same time, I have a strong interest in global politics, stemming out of a curiosity about how governments, institutions, and societies interact and shape the world we live in. Much of my political science essays and coursework can be found in the academic database.
Beyond academics, sport has always been an anchor. I've trained kickboxing from a young age, windsurf and kitesurf in the summer, and switch to skiing and snowboarding in the winter — it keeps me balanced, motivated, and always looking to move.

Musical instruments
Music has always been part of my life — playing the guitar since childhood, picked up piano during Covid. It's a creative outlet that balances my analytical work. I listen widely, from R&B and pop to jazz and classical; favourites include Chopin, Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd, Arctic Monkeys, and The Weeknd.
Sport
Physical activity is essential to my well-being. I train kickboxing regularly; summers are for kite and windsurfing, winters for snowboarding and skiing. These keep me fit and sharp, and teach perseverance. I follow the UFC, tennis, and Formula 1.
Literature
I read whenever I have the time. Non-fiction took up most of university as I explored histories to supplement my degrees — but I also love fiction, from Lord of the Rings to Dostoevsky, to graphic novels like The Watchmen.

Pursuing opportunities in finance or entrepreneurship to springboard my career.
I'm currently exploring opportunities in finance, business, and entrepreneurship. I want to apply my skills in data analysis, valuation, and market research to real-world problems, while also learning from experienced professionals. My goal is to gain insights and experience that will help me build a long-term career in business and entrepreneurship.
Though I don't have a specific industry or role in mind yet, I'm open to exploring different paths toward setting up a venture in the future. There isn't one right way to get there, and I'm excited about the prospect of learning from different experiences and perspectives.
Opportunities that I'm searching for:
- Investment banking
- Private equity
- Sales & trading (or similar markets-facing)
- Startup: tech/fintech, consumer, infrastructure
- Boutique consulting
